Pricing and DISCOUNTS

  • All prices are ceiling prices based on one unit. Call your Sales Representative for further discount options.
  • Agencies can and should identify volume purchases or project work to possibly receive additional discounts.
  • Contact the local Sales Representative to negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery for volume purchases and project work.
  • Agencies are to follow the Colorado Procurement Code to compete requirements outside of their discretion.

      - Training on use of tools (OSHA certification on particular tools maybe offered).

Delivery
  • FOB destination.
  • All items in stock will be delivered within 3 State business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Non-stock items are usually available within 10 days after receipt of order.


Returns

  • Contact your Sales Representative or Government Specialist (see above) for additional assistance.
  • Stocked Items: Return within 90 days of invoice date. Products must be in saleable condition to qualify for return. Saleable condition is defined as unused items in original undamaged packaging and unbroken quantities and in as-new condition. All returns are subject to Hilti inspection and acceptance and a restocking fee of up to $125 or 20% of the invoice price charged. Proof of purchase is required for all returned materials.
  • Special Order (non-stock) items: Not returnable. (Customer notified at the time of placing the order.)


Tool Repairs

Tool Repair Information and Instructions:

Hilti makes off-site tool repair easy and fast. Pick up the phone or go online to get your shipping label
in minutes. Our repair center teams are committed to repairing and returning your tools within five
working days to help keep your jobsite running. Contact your Hilti Sales Representative for additional assistance.


Hilti Lifetime Services:

  • No-Cost Coverage. Up to 2 years from the date of purchase, means no additional cost on all repairs, including wear, tear, parts, shipping and labor. (Excludes damage due to abuse or use not in accordance with the tool operator’s manual.) The following items are excluded from No Cost wear and tear coverage: pistons, buffers, and spring clips for powder actuated tools, pull cord assemblies and filters for gas saws, detachable power supply cords, and filters for vacuums. Repair or replacement cost of those items shall be at Customer’s expense.
  • Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty. Hilti will repair or replace any tool that breaks as a result of materials or manufacturing defects. Lifetime Repair Cost Limit offered as long as replacement parts remain available.
  • Repair Warranty. A paid full repair comes with up to a 6-month warranty.
