3/1/15 Clarification:
The Colorado State Purchasing Office competitively solicited, bid, and awarded through a thorough evaluation the Maintenance, Repairs and Operations - Facilities Supplies and Equipment (“Facilities MRO”) category. Through an evaluation to consider the NASPO (formerly WSCA, a multi-State cooperative) responses from our Colorado State Price Agreement holders it was determined that the best solution, for the State of Colorado, is their NASPO agreement. Conserve-A-Watt's award was continued for: Lighting (Lamps, Ballasts, and Fixtures).

Using Agencies:

State of Colorado Agencies and State Institutions of Higher Education: although now Permissive, it is first choice for those entities (per Procurement Rules).
Political Subdivisions (such as counties, cities, special districts, etc.): can use at their discretion.
Non-Profit Organizations: NP's who annually submit an application to and have been approved by the State Purchasing Office are eligible to utilize this Price Agreement. (Contact 303-866-3640 for more information.)

Delivery:

FOB destination
All items in stock will be delivered within 24-48 hours on State business days (Monday-Friday). Most orders are delivered via Vendor's own trucks direct to customer’s site.
Non-stock items are usually available within 10-14 days after receipt of order.
Orders that require shipping will be shipped via FedEx within 24-48 hours ARO.

Price Increase (5%) , effective 5/1/13:
Conserve-A-Watt Lighting has held their pricing since July 2011 despite continually rising costs of rare earth metals used in fabrication of lighting products across the lighting industry. A price increase was implemented to defray some of those costs. Effective 5/1/13 you’ll see a 5% increase in the updated market basket Pricing List. Please note: this is a partial list of products available under this State Price Agreement. For a full line of products and discounts (up to 60-89% on most items), please contact CAW.

Returns:

Unless otherwise stated at time of order, any product can be returned in original condition for full credit within 180 days after purchase.
Non-stock items may be subject to restocking.
Any defective product can be returned for exchange or refund upon review or testing.
Contact the Sales Representative for more information or for large order returns.

Procurement Card Security Protocol:

All credit and procurement cards are processed under strict security measures. Vendor's website is fully encrypted to protect all customer information including card data for online orders. In-house orders are processed online as well at paytrace.com and are fully protected under SSL software. There is only one person who processes this information (excepting counter sales) to further protect this data. No credit card information is stored on site or in our system.
