Elevator Safety Upgrades and Motor/Control Replacements PH 1 of 1
Project Description:
Arapahoe Community College (ACC) seeks an Architectural/Engineering design team with experience in providing design, contract administration and construction observation services for the renovation of two electric cable-hoist elevators which were installed when the building was new (1974). The project will include controls replacement, motor replacement, upgrads to meet all new codes and redesigning the interior of the cabs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements for this project include a license to practice Architecture/Engineering in Colorado and be within reasonable distance of the job site.
1. Recent and direct experience with higher education projects of a similar scope and budget.
2. Capability to undertake a project of this magnitude within an existing occupied facility.
3. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and close out a project of similar scope and budget
