Vehicle Reservation System

1. If you are a state entity and have not worked with SFM yet you must have the Fleet Motor Pool System Request Form in Additional attachments completed prior to contacting Agile.

2. State agencies must also get prior approval from OIT for this IT system. Please read and follow the process. "For STATE Agencies To obtain OIT Approval.docx" in Additional Attachments.

3. Find prices in Exhibit C of How to Order/Agreement Prices. Find executed contract in Additional Attachments.

4. For customers that are not part of the State of Colorado find information in forms Vehicle, User, Department and Site Data Import Spreadsheet.xls that will need to be provided to Agile. Find FC Customer Information Collection Form that will also be needed to be filled out and provided to Agile.
