IMPORTANT: THE TOSHIBA MASTER AGREEMENT AND THE TOSHIBA PARTICIPATING ADDENDUM ARE COMPLEMENTARY DOCUMENTS. THE MASTER AGREEMENT DETAILS TOSHIBA'S PRODUCTS, SERVICES, LEASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTY INFORMATION, AND ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THE PARTICIPATING ADDENDUM DETAILS THE STATE OF COLORADO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS, DEFAULTS AND REMEDIES, AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS. BOTH DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE READ PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER WITH TOSHIBA.

 

 

Toshiba is authorized to provide equipment and services under the following categories:

 

GROUP A:  Multi-function Device (MFD) - A3

 

GROUP B:  Multi-function Device (MFD) - A4

 

GROUP D:  Single-function Printers

 

     SUB-GROUP D1:  Specialty Printers

 

GROUP E:  Large/Wide Format Equipment

 

GROUP G:  Software

 

     SUBGROUP G1:  Software Related Services

 

GROUP H:  Supplies

 

GROUP I:  Managed Print Services (MPS)

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  All Executive Branch agencies subject to the Division of Central Services (DCS) statute requesting multifunction copiers/printers or managed print services that reside on any State of Colorado network, as provided by the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT) and/or internal IT service, are required to use the Secure Office Print Ecosystem  (SOPE) through Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) within the Department of Personnel & Administration, unless otherwise granted a waiver. Please contact the SOPE team early in your planning so they can discuss an efficient and streamlined process for your agency.

 

 

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1.  Review the Toshiba Dealer List, located at the following NASPO ValuePoint website link (navigate to "Product Documents" under Document/Details in the bottom right-hand corner of the webpage):  Toshiba Dealer List   and select a Toshiba branch or a local Dealer from whom you wish to order.

 

 

2.  Review the Price Lists, located at the following NASPO ValuePoint website link (navigate to "Product Documents" under Documents/Details in the bottom right-hand corner of the webpage):  Toshiba Product and Price List

 

 

3.  Contact the Toshiba branch or local Dealer and tell them that you wish to place an order under the Toshiba NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement and provide them with the following information:

 

     a.  State of Colorado Participating Addendum Number:  194862;

     b.  Master Agreement Number:  188037;

     c.  A description of what you would like to order; and

     d.  Your acquisition method (purchase or lease)

 

 

 

IMPORTANT:  All of the Attachments to the Participating Addendum (located below) are the only authorized documents under this contract. Neither Toshiba nor their Dealers are permitted to provide you with any other documents (with the exception of a Delivery & Acceptance Certificate, and any software license or end-user agreements).
