Note to users Effective 8/3/2009:
Due to a business realignment, XPEDX will no longer carry Appleton brand carbonless paper in sections NC, ND, and NJ.
Instead, XPEDX offers Glatfelter brand equivalent at the same price. Unisource has offered to supply Appleton brand carbonless
NCR Paper in sections NC, ND, and NJ at established pricing. Therefore, 2 brands of carbonless NCR paper are available for
purchase at the same pricing and from competing companies, until further notice.
The attached Price Agreements are considered MANDATORY for purchase of volume fine paper quantities
of 6 cartons or more. Users considering smaller quantities of 5 cartons or less including desktop delivery
and/or copier program spot delivery of 5 cartons or less, should consult one of the permissive Office Supply
Price Agreements for pricing and delivery options.

of 6 cartons or more. Users considering smaller quantities of 5 cartons or less including desktop delivery
and/or copier program spot delivery of 5 cartons or less, should consult one of the permissive Office Supply
Price Agreements for pricing and delivery options.
Vendors/suppliers under the MANDATORY Price Agreement for paper will make dock delivery only. No internal delivery
is included nor will be offered; users will need to arrange receiving at specific dock delivery location. Any further
distribution of cartons internally at an ordering entity location is the responsibility of ordering users.
